I have over 28 years experience in the Animation industry, and have worked at many different studios over the years.
I've had the pleasure and good fortune to have worked on some really cool projects with some great people.
I have also done Previz / postviz and fight choreograph for various movies, and cinematic animation for games.
I have been an Animation Instructor on and off for years.
I was originally a traditional (2D) animator but decided to also involve myself in 3D, and haven't looked back since.

One of my favorite things to do when I was young was to watch Animated movies and cartoons. Through a lot of hard work and perseverance, I’ve succeeded in turning my passion into a career as a professional Animator. Lord Of The Rings, Return Of The King.
Working on Lord Of The Rings was a dream come true. I had read the book when I was a kid, and became a huge fan of the movies when they came out. After seeing the first one, I decided to make it a mission to work on at least one of them before they were done. That mission was successful when I got a call to go to New Zealand to help out on the last movie, Return Of The King.
Kung Fu Panda 1 & 2
Some of my favorite projects to work on were the Kung Fu Panda movies, they allowed me to combine my passion for animation with my love of Martial Arts.
On these projects I not only animated some fun action shots, but I also got to choreograph the combat between Po and our bad guys.
Meet The Croods
This project was a really fun one to work on, the animation crew was small and tight and worked really well together. Our animation director ( James Baxter ) was great and made the project that much more enjoyable. The characters were fun and quirky. The whole experience was one that most animators look for on a movie.
